Over the past 10 years D-Jaw has forged a name for himself in the underground world of House and Techno. He has DJ’d in London at venues such as SeOne, Matter and Herbal, played on boats in Manchester and completed a season DJ’ing in Greece. Terrence Parker, Deepgroove, Thomas Gandey, Saytek and X-Press 2 are just some of the artists he has played alongside.

Armed with a Korg Kaos Pad, an ability to read the crowd and various samples he plays a mixture of Tech and Deep House tinged with an old school influence and a progression of deep bouncing bass lines.

D-Jaw is also one of three promoters who run FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) a Deep / Tech House night based in London, the launch night was recorded live for the RK2 Podcast and received around 25,000 downloads worldwide on iTunes.

He is also a freelance writer currently working with Sounsector.net for whom he has reviewed the latest releases from labels such as Noir, club nights such as Creche, Potty Mouth Disco and Feast, reviewed sets and interviewed the likes of Sei A (Turbo Recordings), Raymundo Rodriguez (Jaded / Cubism) and Terrence Parker which featured on the front page of Don’t Stay In.

His first EP “The Grey Goose” was signed to Paria Records and the track “Makes People Move” climbed high in their Top Downloads chart on Beatport, it was then re-released on the Paria Records Essentials Volume 3 album in February.

Currently he is working on the launch of BYBL Recordings, his label will release music in the genres of House and Techno with the first EP due in summer 2012 featuring vocals from Dean Charles.
